You can check out Algebrator. This literally helps you solve questions in math very fast. You can plug in the questions and this program will go through it with you step by step so you can understand better as you solve them. There are some demos available so you can also see for yourself how incredibly helpful the program is. I am sure your square number activity can be solved faster here.

I too have had problems in binomial formula, converting decimals and lcf. I was informed that there are a number of programs that I could try out. I tried out several but then the best that I found was Algebrator. Just keyed in the problem and clicked the ‘solve’. I got the response at once. In addition, I was steered through to the answer by an easily comprehensible step-by-step process . I have relied on this program for my difficulties with Algebra 1, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. If I were you, I would definitely go for this Algebrator.

I have tried a number of math programs . I would not name them here, but they were useless. I hope this one is not like the one’s I’ve used in the past .

I remember having difficulties with proportions, linear algebra and 3x3 system of equations. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 2 and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
