I have a number of problems based on time conversion from decimal in java I have tried a lot to solve them myself but in vain. Our professor has asked us to figure them out ourselves and then explain them to the whole class. I reckon that I will be chosen to do so. Please guide me!

You seem to be stuck on that I had last month. I too thought of getting a paid tutor to work it out for me. But they are so costly that I just could not afford them. So I turned to the internet and found so many software that can help with algebra homework on least common measure, solving inequalities or multiplying fractions. After some trials I found that Algebrator is the best of the lot. I haven’t found a algebra homework that I can’t get done through Algebrator. It is absolutely awesome. Best part is, the software gives you a step-by-step explanation on how to do it yourself. So you actually learn how to work it out yourself. Isn’t it cool?
