I am going to college now. As math has always been my problem area , I purchased the course material in advance. I am plan studying a couple of chapters before the classes start. Any kind of links would be much appreciated that could aid me to start studying how to solve linear inequalities in one variable myself.

What exactly don't you understand about how to solve linear inequalities in one variable? I remember having difficulty with the same thing in College Algebra, so I think I could try to give you some ideas on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should buy Algebrator, that's what I did in my Pre Algebra, and I have to say it's the greatest ! It's less costly than a tutor and you can use it anytime you want . It's very easy to use it , even if you never ever had a similar program. I would advise you to purchase it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra tutor . You won't regret it!

Yeah, that’s right. I’ve tried that in the past and it works like a charm. The step by step that it provides, will not only answer the problem at hand, but will also equip you with the skills to solve similar puzzles in the future. All my doubts pertaining to binomial formula and solving a triangle were cleared once I started using this software. So go ahead and try Algebrator.
